[:en]Thoughts from Psalms 65[:]

[:en]In verse 1, David praised the Lord for fulfilling his vows.  In verse 2, he came to the Lord in prayer.  In verse 3, he asked God to forgive their transgressions.  In verse 4, he thanked God for the good things of His holy temple.

Then he described the marvelous works of God:  (vs. 9-13)

1. He formed mountains by His power
2. He enriched the land with water and provide people with grain
3. He blessed the crops and crowned the year with bounty overflowing in abundance.
4. He made the greenland of the desert overflow and clothed the hills with gladness
5. He covered the meadow with flocks and the valleys are mantled with grain.
6. May we thank God for His goodness and care.  May we witness His grace and glory by proclaiming the good news of salvation.  May we find joy and rejoice in His kindness at the beginning and ending of each day.
