The writer of Psalm 102 knew the importance of prayer. In times of distress, danger, weakness, agony, and despair, David cried out to the Lord in prayer. He asked the Lord to come quickly, to rescue, to help, to save him from his enemies. God looks down “from his sancutary on high, from heaven he views the earth” (Ps. 102:19)
We need to spend more time talking to the Lord, asking for his protection, provision and blessings. – (Anne Cetas)
