[:en]REASON TO SMILE

The value of Words is very important in shaping relationships and outcomes.  In a workplace, words of encouragement matter and has a bearing on customer satisfaction, company profits and co-worker appreciation.  More productivity in enhanced if a company gives more encouraging and affirmative words.

Before Paul met Christ, his words and actions terrorized followers of Jesus.  But when he was converted, he became a great encourager.  In his letter to the Thessalonians, he urged his readers to cheer one another up and affirm each other to reflect the Spirit of Christ.  He challenged everyone to comfort, forgive, inspire, and love everybody in order to bring the best in  one another.  Help someone to get a taste of the patience and goodness of God by your words of encouragement.   – (Mark Dehaan)
