[:en]WISE SAYINGS:

“A country needs a ruler with understanding and knowledge to maintain order”(v. 2) .

“A wicked ruler oppresses the poor and forsakes  the law.  They do not understand justice. (vs. 3-5)

” Better a poor man whose walk is blameless than a rich man whose ways are perverse” (v. 6)

“Do not be a companion of gluttons” (v. 7)”

“Do not accumulate wealth by exorbitant interest (v. 8).

“Anyone who turns a deaf ear to the law, his prayers are detestable (v. 9)
