Hebrews 11 is often called “the faith chapter of the Bible. It mentioned 19 people by name who traveled a road of diffculty and doubt, yet chose to obey God. “All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth” (Heb. 11:13)
Instead of reading our Bible in rush, we should go deeper into God’s truth by pondering the people and events in the text. Let us stay awhile in God’s Word and find stories of faith. – (David Mccasland)[:]
