[:en]ANGER MANAGEMENT

Everyone will experience anger.   That is why apostle Paul wrote:  In your anger do not sin:  do not let the sun go down while you are still angry” (Ephesians 4:26).  When you are angry, provide a “time limit” to keep anger in check.  Do not confront while you are angry.   Do not explode in anger.  Do not respond with sarcastic remarks.  Try to suppress for a while and ask God for help to speak the truth in love (Ephe. 4:15)

If you got a problem with someone, hold it up to God firt.  Let Him fight the fire of anger with the power of His forgiveness and love.  Put out the fire of anger before it blazes out of control. – (Linda Washington)[:]
