“In his hand is the life of living creature and the breath of all mankind” (Job 12:10)
“To God belong wisdom and power, counsel and understanding are his” (Job 12:13)
“To him belong strength and victory; both deceived and deceiver are his” (Job 12:16)
Job replied to his three friends that he had wisdom and was not inferior to them. But he declared the greatness of God. God makes everything and keeps everything alive. God has wisdom, power, counsel and understanding. (v. 13). Strength and victory belongs to Him (v. 16). For everyone – counselor, fools, kings, priests, advisers, elders, nobles, leaders of the earth – are all under His control. (vs. 17-24)[:]
