“Dominion and awe belong to God; he established order in the heights of heaven” (Job 25:2)
“How then can a man be righteous before God? How can one born of woman be pure?” (Job 25:4)
“If even the moon is not bright and the stars are not pure in his eyes; how much less man, who is but a maggot- a son of man, who is only a worm!” (Job 25:5-6)
BILDAD – THE SHUHITE
Bildad’s brief speech was the shortest chapter in this book. He emphasized the greatness of God by saying that dominion and awe belong to God. He also affirmed the unrighteousness and nothingness of man. He was trying to convince Job to confess his sins.[:]
