[:en]Suffering is a way of spiritual teaching. David encountered troubles and pain in submission to God, knowing that in faithfulness God has afflicted him. (Ps. 119:75). Isaiah viewed suffering as a process of refining and testing (Isa. 48:10). And Job through his afflictions learned the sovereignty and greatness of God.
God himself took on human form and suffered for us. Let us learn the lesson of “trust in the school of trial”[:]
