[:en]SCRIPTURE: JOB 30
“Terrors overwhelm me. My dignity is driven away as by the wind, my safety vanishes like a cloud” (Job 30:5)
“I cry out to you, O God, but you do not answer. I stand up, but you merely look at me” (Job 30:20)
“Yet when I hoped for good, evil came; when I looked for light, then came darkness. The churning inside me never stops; days of suffering confront me” (Job 30:26-27)
Job was complaining about his sufferings. His friends mocked him, his body hurts him and God had deserted him. He was without hope like a broken man crying for help in distress. How he wished he could return to past, endure and present and face the future.
Sometimes, circumstances may lead you to be like the situation of Job. But God knows how you feel. Remember God’s past mercies and trust his faithfulness for the future.[:]
