[:en]SCRIPTURE: PSALM 25
“To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul; in you I trust, O my God. Do not let me be put to shame, nor let my enemies triumph over me” (Psalm 25:1-2)
“Show me your ways, O Lord, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long” (Psalm 25:4-5)
“All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful for those who keep the demands of his covenant” (Psalm 25:10)
“Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted. The troubles of my heart have multiplied; free me from my anguish” (Psalm 25:16-17)
“Guard my life and rescue me; let me not be put to shame, for I take refuge in you. May integrity and uprightness protect me, because my hope is in you” (Psalm 25:20-21)
DAVID’S PRAYER:
- Do not let me be put to shame nor let my enemies triumph over me. (v. 2)
- Show me your ways O Lord, teach me your paths (v. 4)
- Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are my Savior (v. 5)
- Remember O Lord your great mercy and love (v. 6)
- Remember not the sins of my youth and my rebellious ways (v. 7)
- Forgive my iniquity (v. 11)
- Turn to me and be gracious to me for I am lonely and afflicted (v. 16)
- Free me from the anguish of my heart (v. 17)
- Look upon my affliction and my distress and take away all my sins (v. 18)
- Guard my life and rescue me (v. 20)
- Redeem Israel O God, from all their troubles (v. 22)
GOD SHALL GIVE GUIDANCE TO THE FOLLOWING KINDS OF PEOPLE:
- Those who trust in the Lord (v. 2)
- Those whose hope is in God (v. 3, 5, 21)
- Those who are willing to be guided in His truth (v. 5)
- Those who are upright and clean (v. 7)
- Those who are humble to subject to Him (v. 10)
- Those who ask for forgiveness of their sins (v. 11)
- Those who fear Him (v. 14)
- Those who take refuge in Him.
If you need God’s guidance, you should be humble, obedient, upright, fear God and having the desire for God’s glory.[:]
