Biblical Truth: When Saul and other enemies to to kill David, he called God to be his rock and fortress. God had protected him from the attacks of the enemies and he was sate under in the fortress.
Personal Application: The devil is like a roaring lion seeking whom he can devour. But as long as we are under God’s care, Satan will not be able to harm us. However, Satan will look for holes in the wall to shoot through by appealing to our inner most desires. So we should be under constant guard against him.
