[:en]SCRIPTURE: ISAIAH 49
“This is what the Lord says: “In the time of my favor I will answer you, and in the day of salvation I will help you; I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people, to restore the land and to reassign its desolate inheritances, to say to the captives, ‘Come out,’ and to those in darkness, ‘Be free!’ “They will feed beside the roads and find pasture on every barren hill” (Isaiah 49:8-9)
“I will make your oppressors eat their own flesh; they will be drunk on their own blood, as with wine. Then all mankind will know that I, the Lord, am your savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob” (Isaiah 49:26)
JESUS CHRIST IS THE SERVANT OF THE LORD WHO DOES THE FOLLOWING:
- He brings Jacob back to him and gather Israel to himself (v. 5)
- He is a light for the Gentiles and he brings salvation to the ends of the earth (v. 6)
- He makes a covenant for the people to restore the land and reasign inheritance and free the captives (vs. 8-9)
- He feeds who are hungry and thirst and guide them beside the springs of water (v. 10)
- He turns mountain into roads and raise up highways (v. 11)
- He comforts his people and have compassion on his afflicted ones (v. 13)
- He engraves you on the palms of his hands (v. 16)
- He gathers your sons and comes to you (v. 18)
- He takes captives from warriors,retrieves the plunder from the fierce and saves your children (v. 25)
- He makes your oppressors eat their own flesh and drink their own blood (v. 26).
Jesus, the Redeemer, the Holy and Mighty One of Jacob is the only true God that you can depend on. If you believe in Him, you become his beloved child. He will never forget you. He will teach your way and direct your path. He cares for you, protects you and provides for your needs.[:]
