[:en]Scripture Reading: Psalms 113
Biblical Truth: Psalms 113 is a part of Egyptian “Hallel”. “Hale;” is a Hebrew word which means giving praise to someone or something great. Combine with the word “Jah”, which refers to God, “Hallelujah” refers to the greatness of God. The Psalms starts with the phrase “Praise the Lord” and ends with the same because the name of the Lord is to be praised all over the world, every time.
Personal Application: Let us praise the Lord and remember His great love for us.
Prayer: Dear Lord, “from the rising of the sun ti the place where it sets, we give you praise” (Ps. 113:3)[:]
