SCRIPTURE:  GENESIS 36

ESAU’S DESCENDANTS (vs. 1-30)

Esau had three wives from women of Canaan:  Adah- a Hittite, Oholibamah – a Hivite and Basemath.

Esau’s sons:

Eliphaz – from Adah; Reuel – from Basemah; Jeush, Jalam and Korah – from Olohibamah.

Esau took his wives and family as well as his livestock, animals and goods acquired in Canaan and moved.  They settled in the hill country of Seir.

The sons of Eliphaz :  Teman, Omar, Zepho, Gatam, Kenaz, Amalek

The sons of Reuel:  Nabath, Zerah, Shammah and Mizzah

Esaue became the father of the Edomites.
