[:en]This Psalm was written after a great victory with Edom. But David was in a situation when one problem was solved, another one began. He asked for God’s mercy (vs. 1-3) and raised the banner of God (v. 4) Then, he listened to God speaking (vs. 6-8), trusted in God’s assistance (vs. 9) and give Him the glory.
When you are in trial, draw strength from the Lord. When God has given you victory, be sure to give all the glory to Him.[:]
