[:en]David described his enemies as a smoke that is blown away and as wax that melts before the fire (vs. 2-3). He was assured of victory, so he was happy and joyful (v. 3). He pictured God as a father to the fatherless and a defender of widows (v. 4-5), a judge and redeemer (v. 6). He is also a provider for the poor (v. 10), a conqueror (vs. 11-14) and a Savior (vs. 19-20). He was ascended to glory and seated at the right hand of God. Now he dwells among us, bearing our burdens and saves us from death (vs. 18-20).
Let us sing praise to the Lord. Let us proclaim God’s majestic power. And let us ask strength from Him! (vs. 32-35)[:]
