[:en]Thoughts from Psalm 106[:]

[:en]Despite of how God had been good to Israel, the people sinned and forgot His kindness (v. 7).  They forgot His deeds and ignored His counsel (v. 13).  They are not satisfied with manna and crave for meat (v. 14).  They criticized Moses and Aaron (v. 16) and worshiped an idol cast from Metal (v. 19).  They reached the border of the Promised Land but refused to enter (vs. 24-27).  They compromised with heathen nations and ate sacrifices offered to false gods (vs. 28-31).  They mingled with wicked nations and adopted their customs (v. 35).  So the Lord chastened them repeatedly (vs. 34-43).  But the Lord remembered His covenant.  He took note of their distress and delivered them (vs. 44-46)

Are you guilty of those sins that the Israelite had committed?  Abide in the true vine to avoid falling into temptation.  Keep a close relationship with God and remember to praise Him![:]
