[:en]Paul went back to Ephesus and baptized the people into the name of the Lord Jesus.  The Holy Spirit came and they spoke in tongues and prophesied.  He took his disciples and continue to preach in the hall of Tyrannus for 2 years.  God gave him miraculous power to cure the sick and to cast out evil spirits.  Many sorcerers confessed their evil deeds and come to repentance.

In Ephesus, a silversmith named Demetrius who had lost his business because the people no longer was buying his man-made gods.  He called together people with related trade to convince the people that Paul was discrediting Artemis, their great goddess.  As a result, the city was in an uproar.  But the city clerk quieted the crowd to bring their grievances against anybody in court.[:]
