[:en]Thoughts from “Our Daily Bread” (10/13/17)[:]

[:en]When Moses was tending the flock of his father-in-law Jethro, he went to a far side of the desert and came to Horeb, the mountain of God.  There he saw a flame of the burning fire which did not burn up.  When he went to look, God talked to him and commissioned him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt.  But Moses said to God:  “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?” (Exo. 3:11).  “And if they ask me who send you? Then what shall i tell them?”  God said to Moses: “I am who I am”.  Say to them, I am who has sent you.  (Exo. 3:14)

God promised to be with Moses (Exo. 3:12).  He also promises to be present with those who believed in Jesus.  No matter how hard your problem is, how difficult your situation is, how desperate you are, the unseen God is always present with you.  He is ever ready to help you.  “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know” (Jer. 33:3)[:]
