[:en]King Nebuchadnezzar had a dream which he forgot, and summoned the astrologers to interpret his dream. When the astrologers were unable to do so, the king was furious and wanted to execute all the wise men. Daniel volunteered and was able to interpret his dream. The king acknowledged that Daniel’s God was the God of gods and the Lord of kings and a revealer of mysteries. He showered Daniel with many gifts and made him ruler over the entire province of Babylon and in charge of all its wise men. At Daniel’s request, the king appointed administrators over the province of Babylon, while he remained at the royal court. He gave all the glory to the Lord and was able to save the lives of other wise men.[:]
