[:en]Two men were going to a village called Emmaus. While they were discussing about the resurrection of Christ, Jesus himself came up and walked along with them, but they did not recognized Him. When it was nearly evening, they invited Him to say with them. So Jesus went in and when He was at the table with them, He took bread, gave thanks, broke it and gave it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they recognize Him, and He disappeared from their sight.
Oswald Chambers said: “Jesus rarely comes where we expect Him; He appears where we least expect Him, and always in the most illogical connections. The only way a worker can keep true to God is by being ready for the Lord’s surprise visits”
Let us always be ready for Jesus to make Himself Known to us in a new and surprising ways – David Mccasland[:]
