[:en]Jesus was tempted by Satan 3 times. But He used God’s word to overcome the temptations. Satan also uses lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and pride to cause us to fall into sin. The Bible says: “Walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh” (Gal. 5:16)
When we face temptation, we need supernatural assistance from God to supply us the power to live for Him and conform to His image.[:]
