When we want to talk to the Lord in prayer, the Holy Spirit helps us and intercedes for us by taking our unspeakable “groanings” and presented them to the Father. “We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans” (vs. 26) So, be encouraged to pray because God knows our deepest needs and He will hear our prayeres.[:]
