[:en]We work out in gym to make our body strong.  We tone our muscles to keep our heart fit.   Likewise, we should also strengthen our spiritual heart through the Word of God and His grace.

Paul wrote:  “Train yourself for godliness; for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come” (1 Tim 4:7-8)[:]
