[:en]Thoughts from “Our Daily Bread” (7/18/18)[:]

[:en]In Psalm 20:7, David said: “Some trust in chariots and some in horse, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God”.  Chariots and horses present material and human assets which are useful in daily life but they don’t give us the security in times of trouble.  For those who trust in their chariots and horses can be brought to their knees and fall, but those who trust in God will rise up and stand firm” (Ps. 20:8)

Have you ever trusted someone and feel disappointed?  In this unpredictable world, you can only trust in our almighty and unchanging God.[:]
