When Assyrian King Sennacherib sent a message to King Hezekiah hat he is about to conquer the national of Israel, Hezekiah took this message to the temple in Jerusalem and “tell it to the Lord”. He prayed and asked for help from the Almighty God. The Lord through prophet Isaiah delivered this message to Hezekiah: “Because you prayed about King Sennacherib of Assyria, the Lord has spoken” (Isa. 37:21-22) God intervened miraculously and conquered the enemy forces outside the city gates.
The reason for their victory was “BECAUSE YOU PRAYED”. Prayer is very important because it can can wipe out your worries and soothe your minds with peace and comfort from God. So whenever you have problems, turn to God in prayer. God is faithful and He will surely help you to solve your problems.[:]
