[:en]ALL WELCOME

Steve, the youth pastor prepared a film showing night at the church youth club.  Posters had been displayed all around the village and pizzas would be served.  He was showing a film about gang members in New York, who were brought face to face with the claims of Jesus by a young pastor — hoping that it would bring new recruits to the club.

The attendance was few because there was a key football match being shown on TV that same evening.  Instead, a leader of the motorbike club came in and picked up a bracelet with the letters WWJF (What Would Jesus Do) stamped on it.  Steve was disappointed because his mental list of the “right” people to attend was not materialized.

Jesus was often criticized for the company He kept.  He welcomed those everyone else avoided because He knew they needed Him most.  “I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to “repentance” (Luke 5:32)

Don’t be choosy on the people when it comes to sharing of he gospel.  Let us see people through the eyes of love and welcome them to Christ.[:]
