There are many “WHY” questions that cannot be answered. There are many “WHYS” that we cannot understand. These “WHYS” make us doubt the justice of God and the goodness of His being. Even Job did not know WHY he had to suffer.
When we ask “Does God care?”, His Son’s death at the cross on our behalf answers that question. God gave us a face that shows how He feels about the suffering on this groaning planet. “He makes his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ” (2 Cor. 4:6) God’s love for us is as expansive as the open arms of Christ on the cross.
