[:en]Sanctuary and holy hill are the dwelling place of God where the Israelietes worshiped.  In this Psalm, David gave 10 Standards of Christian Living:

1. Blameless walk (v. 2a)
2. Righteous deeds (v. 2b)
3. Truthful talk (v. 2c)
4. Wholesome speech (v. 2d)
5. Controlled tongue (v. 3a)
6. Loves neighbor (v. 3b)
7. Upholds justice (v. 4a)
8. Keeps oath (v. 4b)
9. Lends money without usury (v. 5a)
10. Against bribery (v. 5b)
