There were 12 men who were tasked to explore the Promised Land and gave a report to Moses and the people. Ten men caused the people to lose heart and grumbled against God, which led to forty years of wandering in the desert. Only two, Joshua and Caleb believed in God’s promises and were confident that they would succeed.
Because Caleb followed God of Israel wholeheartedly, God honored him, and at the age of 85, he received the city of Hebron as his inheritance. Today, Caleb can be our inspiration to give our wholehearted love, reliance and commitment to Him.[:]
