[:en]WHY FORGIVE?
As we commemorate Holy Thursday, we think of Jesus on the cross uttering a prayer asking His Father to forgive those who had nailed Him there. He did not hang on to bitterness or anger, but showed grace and love to those who had wronged Him.
This is a fitting time to consider before the Lord anyone who we might need to forgive. Let us free ourselves from tthe prison of unforgiveness, because the heart of the Christian faith lies with the willingness to forgive and let go completely.[:]
